I plan to do more testing soon, and I will have few new devices to run some tests in different orientation. It will take some time, but I expect that next major version will improve on current mobile support.

I can’t replicate this. It works on 3 Android devices with different Android versions and screen sizes.

But, there are some limitations: if you load page in the landsacape view, and rotate to portrait, contact form can’t resize horizontally. I plan to make complete rewrite of the way contact form is displayed, but that requires a lot of time, and I am not sure when that will happen.

Zoom in browsers is not triggering events that jQuery needs to call resizing on the plugin controls, there is nothing I can’t do about that.

Is updating working now? I am preparing new version, and any feedback on this would be great.

Ok, did you enabled the option to allow plugin to do automatic revalidation of purchase codes? This option is on the Validation tab in Settings, I recommend setting revalidation to 7 days (default value).

Did you updated to latest plugin version release 2 weeks ago?

Sorry about the confusion. autoShowLimit is named like that for a reason, it only is used to count when popup is automatically opened (on load for instance), and not when you call open() function. I have added a new feature request to limit opening on normal open() call, and it will be considered for next update.

I will test this, and let you know.

For this parameter to work, autoShowLimit must be set to true. After that, it doesn’t matter how the popup is opened, it will count any time open() method is called. Also, plugin doesn’t have built in Toggle feature.

It was scheduled to be disabled last year, but I have not seen any other announcement about it this year.

This is caused by the critical error Envato made with the API that caused massive failure for all API calls using tokens, and it was fixed only now. Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do when Envato API fails.

This can’t be done right now, and I have added this as feature request for next version (most likely by the end of next week). I will add option to disable checks for support for purchases made before Sep 1st.

It will be added in the next version, release depending on the expected Envato API changes.
