Hi, I thnk I have traced the issue back to a fcgid configuration issue.
Thanks for your help, will let you know if anything else pops up.

Having a network wide scan would be great, looking forward to this feature.

I am getting a javascript/500 error when starting the scan process (all features are checked):
…/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=smart_cleanup_run

What would be the best way to chase this error down?
