Hi,

The side bar is not displayed in my site http://bit.ly/1CGsweh

I have setup to display the sidebar site wide, but it’s not displayed on certain pages. These pages are pages created by the coursepress pro plugin.

How to resolve this?

Yeh it may be a problem with something else.
Any way is it possible to embed that Manual activation hook (Filter) to a template file like header.php so that the sidebar loads automatically as the page loads? Kinda like a shortcode.

No, that is not possible right now. Plugin loads automatically depending on the settings for every sidebar. The only way this is not working, is that something is stopping some of the default WP actions from running. My plugin hooks very late to avoid conflicts, so it could be that something is unhooking base actions on purpose.
