Hi,

lately, when adding a new item code to a forum (for a new item that has just been approved by CodeCanyon), the plugin is saying “Item author is wrong” even though the new item is under the same name as the existing ones. I attempted to set the plugin to use multiple authors and get the item code accepted this way, but the results are the same.

Please help!

Did you made changes to your username on CodeCanyon? This check relies on Envato API, and I had no issues with it so far. If you want I can try to test it, but I would need your username and API key, and ID’s for products you tried.
