list of sidebars not displayed

I have created two sidebars in backend. As shown in video the link below should display a list of all saved sidebars:
/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=smart-sidebars-slider&tab=sidebars
Instead always a new sidebar can be created, but I cannot edit existing ones. There’s no list.
Same goes for the styler tab:
/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=smart-sidebars-slider&tab=styler
New styles can be created, but I cannot edit existing ones.
So, how to make them visible?

We use:
Smart Sidebars Slider 3.0
Wordpress 5.8.1
PHP 8.0.10

    Hello,

Do you use some form of database related caching?

We use “WP Rocket” 3.10, but no caching for logged in users-

Any idea, what we could try to find the error?
Already created sidebars are shown in the frontend, but they are not editable due to the missing list in the backend.
    I hope for your advice.

Can you check server error log for any PHP errors related to my plugin?

  • #5061

    Yes, I did. No errors.
Also deactivation of the following plugins didn’t help:
    – Wordfence Security
    – WP Rocket
    – WP-Optimize – Clean, Compress, Cache
    – Classic Editor
    – Contact Form 7

Just forgot: I tested in Firefox and Chrome. Same misbehavior in both browsers.
Also Javascript console just pointed out:
    /wp-admin/load-scripts.php
JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 3.3.2

I am not sure what can be the problem here. I can’t reproduce the issue, and you have no errors logged. I will do some additional testing, and hopefully I will find out what might be wrong.

I can’t find anything wrong. Can you test for conflicts with some of your other plugins (disable all other plugins, and test bringing them back one by one)?

  • #5066

Ok. I deactivated all plugins except SSS. See screenshot 1.
Still the list of saved styles/sliders did not appear. See screenshot 2.
    What now?

    I have the same problem.
Disabl all my plugins, active theme is Twenty Twenty for test.
