Force tabs to show up after scroll pass a certain y value

Hi,

I have mutliple TABS on my one-page site: http://katalyst5.com

I have a master header with a animation, on which the TABS appear. I would like to change that.

Is there way to force the tabs to only appear after the user has scrolled passed a certain point?

    No there is not. It is interesting idea, but it can’t be done right now.

    Ok.

    Most engaging WordPress templates offer the masterhead slider-type feature (most using Revolution Slider). It would be a good idea I believe to address that.
