Hi there,

i updated to the newest version of your plugin. User with expired support codes (User account says “Support period expired.) can still post new topics and reply to old topics in the forum, although they are set to protected.
Relvaidation is set to 1 day.

We need help with this because right now all user can use the our support forum.

if i click rfevalidate it says “item retired”

Hi,

Is the item in question available on Envato or not? Item retired message is returned if Envato API doesn’t return the item from marketplace.
