    i’am using Version 9.0.2 (10601.3.9)
    but i’m not the one to see this (my client also)

    If the slider appears, and some time it doesn’t, most likely cause is some broken jQuery code on page. And jQuery code can be broken if the jQuery code library is not loaded completely, or it has some errors that don’t always appear. But, this is not easy to catch and you need to debug JavaScript to find out what is causing the problem when it occurs.
