My Smart Security Tools plugin has powerful events tracking system, but it currently can’t track 301 redirects since they are not necessarily considered security related events.

WordPress has canonical redirect system that uses 301 all the time: if visitor comes to your website with URL that WordPress things it should look differently, it will rewrite and redirect to correct URL. I will see about adding security event for 301 in next version of Smart Security Tools plugin, but right now I am not sure how that will work or if I can track it for log purposes.
