I think you didn’t understand me before: Sidebar works with CoursePress if you set sidebar as sitewide. I tested with default CoursePress and your child LMS theme, and with both, sidebar that is set as site wide works.

The only thing that is not working is setting rule for course post type (because it is set as private).

If you have set sidebar as sitewide, and it is still not working, something else must be causing the problem.
